Measurement instructions:

All bracelets are made a 1/4 inch bigger for space. Please measure your wrist and choose the exact size of your wrist before adding the item to your cart.

For an exact measurement, use a measuring tape. Make sure the measuring tape is firm around the base of your hand. Alternatively, you can use a string or strip of paper. Wrap it around your wrist, and use this length to measure against a ruler. Sizes displayed on the site are in inches.

Natural properties of the stones in this bracelet:

Moonstone: Known for deep emotional healing, slows down overactive energy, activates intuition. Believed to be a stone of new beginnings, this stone carries receptive, passive, and feminine energy. Helps to draw out old emotional patterns. (Third Eye & Solar Plexus Chakra)

Lava stones: Grounding, promotes strength, courage, calmness, and lava can be used as a personal essential oil diffuser. Simply use a drop or two of your favorite essential oil on the lava rock and rub it over the beads. (Root Chakra)
