Classes are held throughout the community at spaces like Berger Park, North Shore School of Dance, and other partner locations. Each class is intentionally designed to support real bodies—whether you’re here to release tension, build strength, or reset your energy.

  • Recovery Bootcamp

    A low-impact, full-body class designed to help you recover, rebuild, and move better. This session blends light strength training, mobility work, and stretching to reduce stiffness, improve flexibility, and support long-term movement health.

  • Adult Vinyasa Yoga

    A dynamic, breath-led yoga class designed to build strength, mobility, and body awareness through continuous movement. This all-levels vinyasa flow offers options for beginners while providing enough challenge for experienced practitioners, helping you feel energized, grounded, and restored.

    HELD AT NORTH SHORE SCHOOL OF DANCE IN HIGHLAND PARK

    A low-impact, full-body recovery class designed to improve mobility, build functional strength, and reduce muscle tension. This class incorporates light weights, resistance bands, stretching, and self-myofascial release using tools like lacrosse balls.
