My name is MissG, and I am the founder of Alight Movement, a creative platform rooted in movement, expression, and mindful practice. With over 20 years of experience teaching dance and a background in vinyasa yoga, Reiki, and holistic wellness, my work explores the relationship between body, creativity, and everyday life.

Through Alight Movement, I offer movement classes, creative programming, and visual content designed for dancers and non-dancers alike—creating space to move with intention, reconnect with the body, and develop sustainable, expressive practices. My teaching blends dance-based movement, mindful flow, and restorative approaches that support both physical awareness and creative exploration.

I also offer energy healing sessions and recovery-focused services, including assisted stretching and mobility work, to support nervous system regulation, body awareness, and overall well-being. These offerings are designed to complement movement practices and help individuals feel more grounded, supported, and at ease in their bodies.

Alight Healing is a wellness division of Alight Movement, offering handcrafted aromatherapy, ritual tools, and energetic essentials created to support balance, grounding, and daily self-care. Each product is thoughtfully made to complement movement, recovery, and personal ritual.
